www.Xpressbillpay.com allows you to link a bank account or credit card for easy auto pay and 24-hour access. Auto pay can also be set up directly through your bank or credit union Bill Pay system. Call the City Office to pay with a credit/debit card (other than AmX) over the phone 801-292-4421. Mail check or money order payments to the City Office, 1555 S. 800 W., Woods Cross, UT 84087. In person Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays, 7:30  a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., or use the payment Drop Box in the South parking lot.

 

GARBAGE COLLECTIONGeneral garbage and green waste are collected by Waste Management on a weekly basis. Recycle is collected every other week.

OTHER CITY SERVICES AND INFORMATION

 

CLEAN UP:  Twice each year in April and October, the City sponsors a clean-up week. When possible, the April clean-up will include curbside pick up of certain waste items. During the October clean-up residents can deliver certain waste items to the city shops free of charge. Clean-up week is always advertised in the city newsletter, which is delivered each month with your utility bill, and on the city website.  

On the Second Saturday of March, May, June, July, August, September, and November the Shops will be open from 9 AM-Noon for residents to drop off acceptable debris, excluding green waste.

CURBSIDE CHIPPING:  Curbside chipping is offered March, May, June, July, August, September, and November.  Signed request must be submitted in person or at publicworks@woodscross.com by 4 pm on the Thursday before the scheduled Chipping Day.  Requests will be handled in order received.

Street Parking Ordinances
To allow for effective snow removal and increased safety, overnight curbside parking is prohibited during the winter months (November 1st through March 31st) between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.  Curbside parking is also not allowed in times of imminent snow or forecast snow.

 

No person shall park a hauling trailer, boat, motor vehicle, bus, camping vehicle, truck, vehicle, or any other similar contrivance upon any highway within the jurisdiction of Woods Cross City for more than a continuous twenty-four (24) hour period.

 

No person shall park any vehicle having a total gross weight, loaded or unloaded, in excess of 18,000 lbs., or having a total length in excess of 24 feet, within any residential zone or along any collector or arterial street....as designated on the most current City General Plan or City Zoning Map.

Door to Door Solicitations
Just a reminder to our residents, city ordinance allows door to door solicitations provided the sales people involved comply with the regulations outlined in Title 6 Chapter 10 of the Woods Cross City Municiple Code.  If you would like to review the ordinance, click here.  If you experience problems with a door to door salesman, call the WX Police dispatch at 801-298-6000.
